Mammoet Eastern Canada Headquarters

The design of the Canadian headquarters for this 5,000-employee, heavy-equipment moving company needed to set the firm apart through quality architecture that went beyond the traditional look of a part-warehouse, part-office facility. In meeting the challenges of this dual-purpose space, Martin Simmons Sweers helped the firm establish and communicate its corporate identity visually. Another special add-on was a rooftop patio with a fireplace and sitting area for informal meetings and staff BBQs. This feature allows employees to survey the large yardworks and Mammoet equipment on the property.

This project was started under Certificate of Practice issued to Robertson Simmons architects inc. prior to a series of firm name changes leading up to Martin Simmons Sweers Architects Inc.
