The design of the Canadian headquarters for this 5,000-employee, heavy-equipment moving company needed to set the firm apart through quality architecture that went beyond the traditional look of a part-warehouse, part-office facility. In meeting the challenges of this dual-purpose space, Martin Simmons Sweers helped the firm establish and communicate its corporate identity visually. Another special add-on was a rooftop patio with a fireplace and sitting area for informal meetings and staff BBQs. This feature allows employees to survey the large yardworks and Mammoet equipment on the property.
